Applications for 94 cost rental apartments in Delgany will open this morning.
Rents will start at just over 1,200 for a one bed apartment per month and 1,400 for a two bed.
These prices are 30 per cent below the current market rate.
Anyone who is interested must have a net household income of below 53 thousand euro per year.
The apartments are part of a total delivery of 142 cost rental homes at Archers Wood. Applications open at 12 midday and will close on April 18th. It's part of a scheme from the Land Development Agency.
