The Garda watchdog is appealing for witnesses to a crash in west Dublin.
The collision happened near the junction of River Road and Dunsink Lane on Wednesday afternoon.
GSOC has released a statement saying it would like to speak to any witnesses.
The commission is also asking anyone with CCTV, video or dashcam footage of the crash to come forward.
