A 20 year old man has appeared in court charged in connection with a fatal attack in Tallaght on New Year’s Day.
Dale Creighton was attacked by a group on St Dominic's Road at around 4am on Wednesday morning - and died from head injuries at Beaumont Hospital yesterday afternoon.
Ross Callerie of Westpark Estate is accused of violent disorder after the attack - Gardai say he was caught "red handed" on CCTV footage.
He's one of four people to appear in court in connection with the assault - three more men are being held for questioning by Gardaí.
