Alan Shatter has resigned from the Government.
The Taoiseach informed the Dáil of the decision in the past hour, saying he'd accepted the resignation with regret.
Enda Kenny says he'll announce Mr Shatter's replacement in Cabinet later this evening or tomorrow morning.
