Aer Lingus has been asked to spend an extra 146 million euro towards filling the massive hole in the airline's pension fund.
That's one of the recommendations of the Government-appointed panel which was set up to investigate the row over the 780 million euro deficit.
It's also called on the DAA to put 57 million euro into the fund - while members have been told to reduce their benefits.
Transport Minister Leo Varadkar says both sides should strongly consider the findings.
