Talks to avert further industrial action at Aer Lingus have resumed at Dublin Airport.

Management and IMPACT officials met for almost seven hours yesterday - without reaching a deal over a roster row.

Cabin crew held a one day strike last week - as part of their campaign to seek a new rota of five days on and three days off.

Michael Landers from IMPACT - speaking on his arrival at the talks - says the negotiations are at a delicate point:
