Talks in the Aer Lingus rostering dispute will resume in the Labour Court tomorrow.
It follows an intervention yesterday, when the Chairman of the Court Kevin Duffy wrote to the union and management inviting them to meet in "the public interest".
Cabin crew, who are members of the IMPACT trade union, say they are exhausted by erratic rosters and want to work 5 days on and three days off.
They have already staged a one day strike, that caused major disruption over the June bank holiday weekend.
