A strike planned at Aer Lingus for next week has been called off.
Cabin crew had been threatening to walk off the job on Monday and Wednesday in a row over rosters.
They'd already taken a day's strike action at the end of last month.
After talks between both the company and the IMPACT trade union at the Labour Court today, the action has been called off.
