Staff threatening to strike at Aer Lingus say it's too late to call it off.

They're set to walk off the job on Friday, as people prepare to fly for the bank holiday weekend, in a long-running row over rosters.

The trade union IMPACT has accepted the airline's offer to talk, but a time and place hasn't been set.

Workers want their rosters changed, and say they're currently under excessive pressure.
