Aer Lingus cabin crew have accepted a Labour Court deal to resolve a roster row at the airline.
The recommendations were issued to management and officials from IMPACT this morning following eight hours of talks yesterday.
The union says the proposals form "a good basis for the settlement of the issues in dispute" over a new rostering arrangement.
Last night the cabin crew called off two 24-hour strikes due to take place on Monday and Wednesday of next week.
Impact's Assistant General Secretary Michael Landers said the Labour Court's recommendation forms a good basis for the settlement of the issues in dispute.
