Aer Lingus cabin crew have voted overwhelmingly in favour of industrial action in a row over rosters.

Yesterday 97 per cent of IMPACT members backed the action, which may include a strike, if the airline fails to implement a revised roster.

They're warning of possible rolling work stoppages that could start later this month.

A decision is expected to be made next week on what kind of action is to be taken.
