The DPP has asked for more time to consider the case against eight people charged in connection with the death of a young man in Tallaght in Dublin.
Dale Creighton died after he was beaten on a footbridge at St. Dominic's Road in the early hours of New Years Day.
Seven young men and a 20-year-old woman have already been charged with various offences but the DPP is considering further more serious charges.
All eight are due back in court in July.
