75 new jobs are being created at cyber security company Kontex.
50 roles in marketing and commercial operations will be up for grabs in Dublin while 25 other positions will be created at the company's new office in Tipperary.
The company provides security to companies against cyber-attacks.
CEO of Kontex, Patrick O’Callaghan says their business has improved with the recent focus on cyber-security.
"No one ever likes to profit out of bad news but there's bee an increased awareness that you need to protect your assets your business".
Meanwhile, the Enterprise Minister welcomed the announcement.
Leo Varadkar said the roles will give a "real boost" to the two locations.
"I am particularly pleased that some of the jobs are in Tipperary Town as the town as really struggled in recent years,"
The Tánaiste said the announcement is a "sign of hope".
