Just over half of people say they support a contentious plan to pedestrianise parts of Dun Laoghaire in south Dublin.
54 per cent are in favour of the Living Streets scheme, 35 per cent say they don't support the project, while 10 per cent would back it with certain changes.
More than 7,000 submissions were made to the local council as part of a public consultation.

The project will involve changing traffic flows on the seafront, rerouting buses and pedestrianising parts of George’s Street Lower, Sussex Street and Convent Road.
Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown county council says it "aims to make our local streets safer and greener, our communities more connected, and to keep our economy vibrant."
