There have been another 28 coronavirus-related deaths in the Republic of Ireland.
It brings the total number of deaths in the country to 263.
Meanwhile, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases here has risen to 6,574 after 500 new cases were confirmed by the Department of Health this evening.
It's the highest daily increase in confirmed cases to date.

Earlier today, health officials in Northern Ireland confirmed there had been four more COVID-19 related deaths.
It brings the total number of deaths in the North to 82, meaning the total on the island of Ireland now stands at 345.
