Six people have now been arrested in connection with the incident.

Court

The boy, who can't be named because of his age, is the third and youngest person to be charged with the murder of Tristan Sherry.

The 26-year-old father of one was killed in a shooting at Browne's Steakhouse in Blanchardstown on December 24th.

The teenager appeared before Judge Paul Kelly at the Dublin Children's Court today, accompanied by his mother.

He consulted with counsel over whether to attend his next hearing in person but opted for a video-link appearance.

The case resumes on February 14th.

Bail in murder cases requires an application before the High Court.

Two other men, 18-year-old David Amah of Hazel Grove, Portrane Road, Donabate, Dublin, and 22-year-old Michael Andrecut, with an address at Sheephill Avenue in Dublin 15, are also accused of Mr. Sherry's murder.

25-year-old Wayne Deegan of Linnetsfield Avenue, Phibblestown, Dublin 15, was charged with producing a knife as a weapon during an offence, assault causing harm to Tristan Sherry, and violent disorder.

The three men will appear again in court later this month.
