One hundred and fifty four people were sleeping rough on the streets of Dublin last night.
That's according to Inner City Helping Homeless, which says this is its highest ever recorded figure.
Inner City Helping Homeless is now calling for action to deal with the crisis.
It comes as a housing summit take places in Dublin today to establish short term solutions to the current housing shortfall.
The Inner City Helping Homeless group also may have saved a 24 year old pregnant woman's life last night.
