More than 100 people are involved in land and water based searches for a missing fisherman in Lough Ree in Co Westmeath.
The missing man was on board a small boat with two other men, when it capsized on Thursday near Athlone.
A 27 year old man died in hospital yesterday, while another remains critically ill.
The Coastguard, RNLI, Civil Defence, the Gardai and volunteers are scouring the lake and shoreline for any sign of the missing man.
