A new town could be set for North Dublin.
There are plans to create a town of up to 8 thousand people to the north of Finglas village on lands at Jamestown Business Park.
It would have around 3,500 homes, a primary school. a park and community facilities.
It would be located close to the proposed Finglas Luas line.
Affordable homes are set to be a major feature
Dublin City Councillors will vote on the proposal this evening.
