Netflix has released the first teaser for the murder mystery series “The Residence.”
Uzo Aduba stars as detective Cordelia Cupp, who must investigate a murder at the White House.
The official logline for the show states, “132 rooms. 157 suspects. One dead body. One wildly eccentric detective. One disastrous State Dinner. The Residence is a screwball whodunnit set in the upstairs, downstairs, and backstairs of the White House, among the eclectic staff of the world’s most famous mansion.”
It is inspired by the book of the same name by Kate Andersen Brower.
The Residence is set to be released on March 20th and will consist of eight episodes.
