My Taxi has announced it's introducing a €5 cancellation fee for customers.
As part of an update to terms and conditions, customers have been told that they may be charged if they cancel after a driver accepts a job.
Users who are not at the pick-up address within 5 minutes of a drivers arrival will also have to pay the fee if the driver cancels the job.
The changes will come into effect on May 23rd.
It is not known if there are any penalties for drivers, who cancel on a customer after accepting a job.
My Taxi, which changed it name from Hailo in 2016, is due to change its name again this year.
It will re-brand as Free Now.
Earlier this year, it was reported that My Taxi was going to start offering a cab-sharing service.
