Taylor Swift has achieved something no artist has ever come close to.
She’s completely taken over the Top 10 of the US Billboard 100, taking the first 14 spots entirely with songs from her latest album The Tortured Poets Department.
Her song Fortnight featuring Post Malone sits at the very top spot, knocking Hozier’s Too Sweet off after just one week at Number 1.
Last week Hozier had been the first Irish artist in 34 years to reach Number 1 in the US, the last being Sinead O’Connor with Nothing Compares 2 U in the 1990.
This isn’t the first time Taylor Swift has managed to completely monopolise the Top 10. She set her own record back in 2022 when she released the album Midnights, and took all 10 spots at the top.
Last Friday she surprised fans by dropping a secret double album, following up The Tortured Poets Department with Anthology, releasing 30 new songs in total.
Where does she find the time 😂
