Panic over!
Lizzo has assured her worried fans that she’s not quitting the music industry.
The Juice singer put up a post on her social media last week that heavily alluded to the fact that she was leaving music-making for good.
“I didn't sign up for this sh*t. I quit" she concluded at the end of the post, after saying she was being "dragged by everyone in my life and on the internet.”

It’s understandable that many fans saw this as an official statement and thought Lizzo was leaving her music career behind her forever!
However the singer has come out again and insisted that this isn’t the case.
In a new video she posted to her Instagram on Tuesday, Lizzo clarified that she meant she was "quitting giving any negative energy attention" and not singing.
"What I'm not going to quit is the joy of my life, which is making music, which is connecting the people," she told her followers.
She also thanked fans for the love she has received, adding it "means more than you know".

The Grammy Award winner came under fire last August when a group of her dancers sued her on the grounds of sexual harassment and ‘creating a hostile environment.’
While there hasn’t been any news on that serious front since, we’ll have to wait and see what this means for the future of Lizzo and her music career.
