Tom Cruise could be set to star in a reboot of The Mummy.
Apparently the Hollywood star is in talks with a studio for the lead in the new movie, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Alex Kurtzman is signed up to direct the movie with Chris Morgan and Sean Daniel producing.
The Hollywood Reporter say the movie will be released in March 2017 and will help to launch Universal's new monster movie era.
