While star of The Office Mindy Kaling has come on board to co-write the upcoming movie alongside Brooklyn Nine-Nine writer Dan Goor.
Legally Blonde 3 was technically announced in 2018 however, we've heard little of it since.
Today's news comes almost twenty years after Legally Blonde hit cinemas in 2001.
Legally Blonde 2 followed soon after in 2003 and fans have been waiting for a follow up ever since!
