The name Hamnet comes from the name of their young son, who tragically died at the age of 11.
The book that the movie is set to be based is a New York Times Bestselling Novel and follows the story of Agnes, the wife of the famous playwright, as she comes to terms with the loss of her only son.
The movie will be directed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Chloé Zhao (Nomadland) and produced by Amblin Partners according to movie news outlet Deadline.
Jessie and Paul are great casting choices, as the two are basically Hollywood gold right now.
The pair both have Oscar nominations for their movies and Olivier wins for their plays. Talk about talent!
