Paramount Pictures is putting Transformers: Age Of Extinction forward for the Oscars. The studio is not only backing the movie for Best Picture, but for Best Director, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Original Song and Best Visual Effects too.
They've launched a series of "For Your Consideration" ads for its movies and has asked members of the Academy to consider nominating the Michael Bay movie starring Mark Walberg and Jack Reynor. Paramount are putting forward Noah, Hercules, Men, Women and Children, Interstellar, Selma and The Gambler too.
