Emma Thompson has been called in to save the third Bridget Jones movie. Film bosses want her to rewrite the first draft of 'Bridget Jones' Baby', after it was revealed the cast didn't like the original script.
Hugh Grant recently confirmed he won't return as Daniel Cleaver for the sequel. He said: 'I decided not to do it. But I think they’re going to go ahead and do it without Daniel. The book's excellent, by the way, but the script is completely different - well, the script as I last saw it a few years ago.'
It's believed the movie will follow Bridget as she tries to have a baby in her 40's.
