Time for a Freaky Friday reunion?
Jamie Lee Curtis made the internet go wild this weekend when she posted a photo of herself and Lindsay Lohan.
Fans will automatically associate the two with the iconic 2003 movie Freaky Friday, where they play a mother and daughter who switch places after a supernatural occurrence.
Not only did it delight Freaky Friday lovers to see the two back together 20 years after the movie, Jamie Lee dropped a massive hint that there could be a sequel in the works.

“Too late. YOU GREW UP and SO BEAUTIFULLY,” Jamie wrote in the caption. “Well, it's Friday, and the strike is over so hopefully, we can switch places again in the near future!”
If something isn't officially in the pipeline already, Jamie Lee is seriously egging on Disney by tagging them in the caption 🤣
There had already been reports that the pair of them had been "in talks" to make a sequel, so now that the writers and actors strikes are over, it looks like things can properly get moving on making a follow-up movie 20 years after the original.
Sequels and remakes are all the rage now, so we'd be surprised if it didn't happen!
