The Irish launch date for Disney's new streaming service Disney+ has been pushed forward by a week.
It will now launch in Ireland, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria and Switzerland on March 24th.
Disney+ will be the home of content from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and more.
Pricing has also been confirmed. It will cost €6.99 per month, or €69.99 for an annual subscription.
Some of the titles that will be available to stream include:
- The Mandalorian
- High School Musical: The Musical: The Series
- The World According To Jeff Goldblum
- Lady and the Tramp, Encore!
- Diary of A Future President
- The Imagineering Story
Disney says subscribers will be able to enjoy the Disney+ experience on nearly all major mobile and connected TV devices at launch. These include gaming consoles, streaming media players, and smart TVs.
The content will be commercial-free, can have up to four concurrent streams and unlimited downloads on up to ten devices.
There is also the ability to set up to seven different profiles.
