Christian Bale is set to play racing driver Enzo Ferrari in a new film.
The film will be directed by Michael Mann, who worked with Bale on Public Enemies.
Based on the 1991 book, 'Enzo Ferrari: The Man, The Cars, The Race, The Machine', the plot will follow the rise of the Ferrari car in the 1950s.
Mann has been working on the biopic for 15 years.
Filming is due to start next summer.
