Chloe Grace Mortex is going to star in a live action version of Disney's 'The Little Mermaid'. There had been rumours that Emma Roberts would be starring in the movie but Chloe put those rumours to bed when she announced the news to her 1.87million Twitter followers.

We're very excited about the news that Richard Curtis is to write the script for the movie. If it's like any of his other movies, Notting Hill, Love Actually, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Bridget Jones's Diary and About Time, it's bound to be good.
They're still looking for a Director for the new movie, after Sofia Coppola dropped out. Based on the classic Hans Christian Anderson story, it follows the story of a mermaid, Ariel, who chooses life out of the sea after falling love with a human. There hasn't been any hints as to which direction the movie will take.
