Chloe Grace Moretz has signed up to star in Bad Neighbours 2.
The actress is best known for her roles in Kick Ass and The Equalizer.
Returning stars, Zac Efron, Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne will also star in the film.
The comedy sequel is currently untitled but is due to be released next year.
