Time for a movie night!
Netflix have announced that Crossroads, the film that saw Britney Spears star in her first feature film, will be coming to the platform for the first time next month.
In fact it’s the first time the 2002 film has been made available on a streaming service.
The first movie to ever star the one and only Britney Spears has never been available on streaming... but that's about to change!

The movie was released at the height of Britney’s fame, closely coinciding with her massive hit “Oops I Did It Again”.
The film also features her well known song “I’m Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman,”.
In the film Britney plays the role of Lucy and it covered topics such as teen pregnancy, sexual assault and childhood abandonment.
Now considered a cult classic, it also starred Zoë Saldana, Taryn Manning, Dan Akroyd, Beverly Johnson and Kim Cattrall.
Shonda Rhimes, the woman behind Greys Anatomy and Bridgerton wrote the film, and it was directed by Tamra Davis. It was a very female production team which was a rare occurrence back then!
A perfect Galentines movie night perhaps?
