Bette Midler doesn't seem too impressed that Hocus Pocus is getting a reboot. It was announced in September that the Disney Channel is remaking the Halloween cult classic.
Speaking to People at the Restoration Project's annual Hulaween party, the actress who played Winifred Sanderson in the 1993 original said:
"I know it’s cheap. It’s going to be cheap!”
“I’m not sure what they’re going to do with my character. My character is very, very broad and I don’t know who they’re going to find to play that", she added.
Directed by Kenny Ortega, Hocus Pocus also starred Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy.
