Earlier this year we heard about a Baywatch movie that was in the works. Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron were reportedly in talks with Paramount Pictures for the movie version of the 90's classic TV show.
Seth Gordon, who directed Horrible Bosses, is signed up to direct the new flick, according to the Hollywood Reporter. They say that the story line will focus around Johnson's character, a 'by-the-book serious lifeguard', who has been teamed up with 'young rule-flouting hothead' Efron to save the beach from destruction by an oil tycoon.
Now people are speculating who the leading lady will be with suggestions such as Nina Dobrev, Biana Santos and Ashley Benson been thrown out.
Kelly Brook was linked with the role of CJ Parker, who was played by Pamela Anderson in the original series, but she laughed off those rumours.

Pamela Anderson on the other hand probably won't be featuring in the new movie after she was quoted saying, "no-one appreciated the remakes".
