Barbie and Ken are getting back together!
Following the HUGE success of Barbie which was released this summer, Hollywood is keen to get its stars signed onto more projects.
Speaking at the BFI London Film Festival, Ocean's 11 producer Josey McNamara confirmed that a prequel to the famous heist film was in the works, and that Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling were signed on to take part.
Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling’s ‘OCEANS 11’ prequel is indeed moving forward.
Described as an “epic love story/adventure disguised as a heist” set during the Monaco Grand Prix in 1962.

"I can't really say much, but I think we're just trying to do right by the franchise. I'm excited for people to experience it when it's ready," Josey said in a red carpet interview.
"[Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling] are wonderful together. The more projects, even outside of that, we can have them do would be amazing." he added.
It's no wonder producers are keen to get Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling signed up for upcoming films, after Barbie smashed box office records all around the world this summer.
It had the best opening weekend of any 2023 film and earned $1.4 billion ticket sales worldwide. Here in Ireland it became the highest-grossing film of all time!
