It's 'tempting', but unlikely.
Speaking on American chat show The View, the actress reckons the movie wouldn't work today because the industry is so different.

In the 2006 classic, Hathaway played Andy, a budding journalist who ends up becoming an assistant to Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep), the ruthless editor-in-chief of a fashion magazine.
Despite the author of the original book releasing a sequel Revenge Wears Prada: The Devil Returns in 2013, the actor reckons it just wouldn't work.
"I just think that movie was in a different era," she said. "Now everything's gone so digital and that movie is centered around the concept of producing a physical thing and it's just, it's just very different."
However the 39-year-old actor did admit she thinks a follow-up where we find out where the characters are today could be interesting.
"It is tempting to think about Andy and Emily needing to get Miranda her coffee and she's somewhere in Europe. And then along the way they pick up Stanley Tucci in Italy, who's at a restaurant. It's tempting, but I don't think it's gonna happen."
(Fun fact: Stanley Tucci met his future wife through his Devils Wears Prada co-star! Emily Blunt introduced Tucci to her sister Felicity at her own wedding and the pair fell in love and got married a few years later.)
Continuing on Hathaway did admit she could see a sequel happening in the form of a reboot and a whole new cast.
“But they could relaunch it. They could find new people and do it. Do you think they’d let us do that?”
We won't hold out hope just yet. But we can keep rewatching the OG film from 2006 - forever a classic!
