Disney has released a new trailer for the live-action Aladdin remake.
The clip premiered during Sunday night's Grammy Awards.
The clip shows Will Smith as the blue Genie for the first time. Fans are also given a first-look at Jafar (Marwen Kenzari), Princess Jasmine (Naomi Scott), Aladdin (Mena Massoud) and the city of Agrabah.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly about the role previously played by Robin Williams, Smith said he wanted to bring a "hip hop flavour" to the Genie.
“I think it’ll stand out as unique even in the Disney world. There hasn’t been a lot of that hip-hop flavor in Disney history.”
Directed by Guy Ritchie, Aladdin will be released in cinemas on May 24th.
