A US judge has reportedly ruled lawyers can summon modelling agencies over the ill-fated Fyre Festival. As a result they can summon agencies representing the likes of Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid.
It's part of a bankruptcy case involving the music event in 2017.
The weekend on an island in the Bahamas in 2017 ended in disaster.
Beforehand, models and influencers took part in social media campaigns in the lead up to the festival.
FYRE FESTIVAL
A new Netflix show called FYRE documents the disastrous weekend. Consequently, the festival has picked up the nickname 'The Millennial Armageddon'.
Ja Rule featured alongside the festival organiser Billy McFarland in the documentary. As a result, he distanced himself from the saga by tweeting that he was "hustled, scammed, bamboozled, hood winked, lead astray" by Billy.
He also tweeted that he certainly 'did not and would never scam ANYONE... period!!!'
