The pair split after being together for almost 30 years.

According to media outlet The Sun a source said: “Miley is all about peace but she didn’t agree with some things that her father has done. It has really escalated and they are not on good terms".
The source continued: “There were words exchanged over what happened towards the end of Billy and Tish’s marriage, and since then, but they clearly see things very differently".
To make matters worse, even though Miley doesn't follow her father on Instagram anymore, he still follows her ex-husband Liam Hemsworth!
It seems the family have had their ups and downs with Billy Ray previously claiming the Disney series "Hannah Montana" to which both Miley and Billy Ray starred in, destroyed their family with Billy Ray saying: “It destroyed my family. I’ll tell you right now, the damn show destroyed my family.
He continued “I’d take it back in a second. For my family to be here and just everybody to be OK, safe and sound and happy and normal would have been fantastic. Heck, yeah!”
