The weather warning for tomorrow is expected to put a dampener on Christmas shopping in Dublin.
Met Eireann says there is potential 'severe weather' on the way with heavy rain and wind and has issued a yellow warning for the entire country. It's advising shoppers and rugby fans heading to the Aviva tomorrow to watch Leinster in action to check updates as the bad weather approaches.
CEO of Dublin Town Richard Guiney told the Irish Independent that shops are expected to see a 20 percent drop in footfall across the city on what's usually one of the busiest shopping days of the year.
The weather warning comes into effect just after midnight tonight.
