“Genius casting”
Maura Higgins is back doing what she does best - cracking us up on a reality TV show!
The Longford star was announced as a latecomer to the I’m A Celeb jungle alongside Reverend Richard Coles, and has already made such an impact on the show.
The pair started off their journey on the show just the two of them, as they were landed in the I’m A Celeb junkyard before entering the jungle itself.
Maura wasted no time in getting some of her iconic one-liners in, exclaiming “Jesus Christ” at the state of the camp before quickly following up with “Oh, sorry father.”

Viewers were extremely entertained at the pairing as Reverend Coles assured Maura not to worry as he says it all the time too.
“Really?” said Maura to which the Reverend replied, “Yes it’s my job, I’m a Reverend.”
