The Rotunda Hospital says that from tomorrow partners will not be allowed attend for the routine 20-22 week scan.
It says it has taken the very difficult decision to change visiting policy, due to the surge in community acquired Covid 19 infections and the move to Level 5 restrictions.

It comes as pressure mounts on health services across the country due the rise in coronavirus case numbers.
