A massive fire broke out at an industrial estate in north-west Dublin overnight.
Large plumes of smoke could be seen blowing across the area after the blaze took hold at a unit in Ballycoolin. It was home to the engine block, a car club and dealership.
In a post on Facebook they say the home of Ireland's car culture is gone; "We don’t know what to say. Please bear with us over the coming days. Everyone is safe and that’s all that matters."
Six fire engines, including a turntable ladder and a foam tender, attended the scene.
While residents nearby were told to close their windows.
