A man has died following another knife attack in the capital.
ItÂ’s believed the 51-year-old was stabbed several times at an apartment in Smithfield this afternoon.
ItÂ’s not yet clear how this latest stabbing came about but the man died following what appears to have been a frenzied attack at Ormond Square in Smithfield
Gardai say he was stabbed several times in the neck and body.
Gardai are asking anyone who may have witnessed the attack or anyone with information to come forward.
