Gardaí are investigating a shooting in north Dublin last night, that saw a 19 year-old man injured.
Shortly after 9pm Gardaí at Coolock received reports of an incident in the Darndale area.
When they arrived at the scene at Primrose Grove officers discovered a moped on fire.
A short time later a 19 year-old man appeared at Beaumont Hospital having been shot twice in the shoulder and leg. However his condition is not thought to be life threatening.
Gardaí have sealed off two locations in the Darndale area for forensic examinations.
No arrests have been made and an investigation is underway.
