A man in his 50s is due in court shortly, charged in connection with the investigation into the death of a mother of three in Dublin.
Cathy Ward, who was in her 40s, was found with serious stab wounds at a house in Greenfort Drive in Clondalkin early yesterday morning.
She was treated at the scene for her injuries but died a short time later.
The man is expected to appear before a sitting of the Criminal Courts of Justice.
He was being held at Lucan Garda Station.
