A Northern Irish man has been charged in connection with the deaths of 39 people in a lorry in Essex last month.
Christopher Kennedy, 23, of Corkley Road in Darkley, Co Armagh, has been charged with human trafficking offences following the deaths.
He was arrested in the early hours of Friday on a motorway in Buckinghamshire and will appear before Chelmsford Magistrates Court tomorrow.
Ten teenagers, including two 15-year-old boys, were among the eight women and 31 men who were found dead in a refrigerated container on October 23.
Maurice Robinson, 25, also from Co Armagh has been charged with 39 counts of manslaughter and will appear at the Old Bailey in London tomorrow.
Extradition proceedings have also been launched in Ireland to bring 22-year-old Eamonn Harrison from Co Down to the UK.
Detectives are still seeking the whereabouts of brothers Ronan and Christophers Hughes from Armagh.
