A man arrested in connection with an investigation into a member of GSOC, has been released without charge.
The man - in his 60s - was arrested yesterday on suspicion of disclosing information.
A house in Dublin 3 was also searched, and his work phone was seized.
The arrest followed the resignation of a GSOC investigator who is alleged to have attended a party at which Gerry 'The Monk' Hutch was present, hours after being found not guilty of the Regency Hotel murder.
A file is now being prepared for the DPP.
